Freeze is currently seeking digital photographic images for use as desktop wallpaper. In return you receive worldwide exposure to Freeze's over 15 million unique visitors on its sites each month and a link to your website.
Submitting Your Content for Evaluation
Option 1 (By Email):
- Send your email here containing:
- Name, Contact Information, and Email Address.
- URL to website displaying your digital image content for us to review.
- Please DO NOT email any files unless requested by Freeze.
- If selected, you will be contacted (typically within 4 weeks).
Option 2 (By Mail):
- Submit a minimum of 25 digital images for evaluation.
- Submitted images should be a minimum of 3000 x 2000 pixels, RGB Color Mode, .JPG or .TIFF file format.
- Images should be horizontal in orientation (landscape).
- Images can be submitted via CD or DVD and should be clearly marked with photographer's name, return address, and email address.
- A photocopy of file names, captions and photographer's name should be submitted with the CD or DVD.
- Images are typically reviewed within 4 weeks.
- Submitted CD or DVD will not be returned unless requested.
- If you prefer to have CD or DVD returned, you must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (or account number if you prefer to have your submitted content returned via FedEx or UPS). Images are typically returned within 6 weeks. Freeze urges you to maintain a backup version of materials sent to guard against loss of any kind.
- Freeze is not responsible for the loss of any submitted photos and/or files, nor is it required to return any submitted photos and/or files.
- Photographer accepts all liability for any model, property, or trademark release issues. Please do not submit photos of which you do not have current release forms.

FREEZE WILL NOT ACCEPT PORNOGRAPHIC IMAGES. ANY PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL RECEIVED WILL BE DISCARDED IMMEDIATELY.
If your images are accepted for use by Freeze, you will be contacted by a Product Manager to discuss terms. You will also be sent a contract. This contract must be signed and returned to Freeze before your images can appear on the web site.
