Q: Is Freeze.Com virus free?
A: Freeze.Com maintains the highest efforts to protect our customers from viral attacks. All content maintained by Freeze.Com is Virus Free. To ensure this, we perform routine scans with the most up to date viral definitions. Despite this fact, you may receive a warning while installing our screensavers that there is an attack. There can be two reasons for this:

1. The first reason is because our free software is ad-supported. We provide our customers 100% control over which software is installed. As a result, customers can choose to support the development of free content by allowing the ad-support content to be installed or they can decline the installation. Any portions of the installation that are declined by the user will NOT be installed. All of our free products will function with or without the ad-support content.
2. The second reason is because when you download our products, you're only partially downloading the file. When you attempt to install the screensaver, it must create a connection to our servers to obtain the rest of the information provided to complete the installation. Anti-viral systems such as Norton or McAfee may report this to the user as a Trojan because it was an unexpected outbound communication. Please note that we are not transmitting any personal data, but rather attempting to complete the installation you have requested by downloading our free software. Again, our systems honor the requests of the customer and will NOT share any information or install any additional applications the customer declines.

Q: Do you use SpyWare?
A: Spyware are programs that are installed on your computer without your knowledge and permission. Despite the fact that our free software contains offers, it is Freeze's practice to empower our customers. This means that they have 100% control over which offers are accepted. As a result, any promotions to which the customer declines installation will not be installed.

Q: I signed up for an offer, but haven't received my Premium Membership?

Q: Why does Freeze.Com have so many special offers?
A: Here at Freeze.Com, we ask that you sign up for our special offers. This is part of how we generate the revenue required to offer the free content available on our site. If you choose not to sign up for any of the offers, you will still be able to download the item for free.

Q: Do you support Mac users?
A: At this time, Freeze.Com's content is focused on PC users. As a result, some of our content may not be compatable with Mac Operating Systems. We apologize for the inconvineince. Freeze.Com is constantly updating, so it is recommended that you check back frequently.

Q: Why aren't all of my downloads working?
A: One of the things that could have interfered with your download is any pop-up blocking software running. This kind of program interferes with our scripts and of program running, disable it and try the download again. The download should start correctly.

Q: What is Freeze's policy on questionable content?
A: Freeze.com is a family-friendly site, therefore, we adhere to the following criteria:

• No erotica or adult-only content.
• No gratuitous or graphic violence.
• No material that infringes on or violates someone's rights.
• No material that promotes/disseminates illegal activities.

Please Note: The free versions of our software do include an optional ad-ware installation. If you are recieving a virus or trojan error during or after installation, it may be because you have elected to install one of our affiliate's ad-ware products.
