Q: What if I have forgotten my password?
A: Your password was selected when you registered. If you have forgotten your
password, please go to the
Login Page and enter
your email under "Forgot Your Password".

Q: Why can't I get my password when I request it be sent to me?
A: If you are still experiencing difficulty with receiving your password, it is
possible that your email service provider may be filtering the message before it hits
your inbox. As such we recommend contacting your email service provider and notifying
them of this.
Q: How do I update my Email Address and Account Information?
A: To change your membership account information please follow the instructions below:
- Navigate to http://www.freeze.com
- Click on the "Sign In" option in the upper right corner of the page
- Log in with your email address and password or user name and password
- Once logged in, click the "Preferences" option in the upper right corner of the page
Q: How can I cancel my free membership?
A: There is no need to cancel your free membership,
simply discontinue use of our services and your user account will
automatically be disabled within 1 year.
Q: Where do I make inquiries regarding my billing?
A: For any inquiries or questions regarding paid subscriptions, check

Q: When does my account expire?
A: The expriation/renewal date for your account is displayed
in the Preferences. To view this, simply log on to Freeze.com and click
Preferences. At the bottom of this screen, there will be note indicating
when your account expires.
Q: I am a premium member but I'm asked to upgrade when I attempt to download a premium version?
A: If you are getting an upgrade notification when trying to access the
content on Freeze.com there are a couple things you can try. First, do
a force-reload of the download page (where it has the signup link
instead of the download link). To do this hold down the shift key and
click the Refresh button in Internet Explorer; that should re-request
the web page directly from our server.
If you still get the notification to upgrade after the force reload, try
the following steps:
- Go back to our homepage at www.freeze.com.
- Click the "Logout" link that appears below your name
- Log back into your account using your username and password
- Go back to the screensaver page, and try downloading the screensaver again.
This should update your information and you should be able to download
the premium version.
Q: What if when I log in, I can't access the premium content?
A: Try clearing your temporary internet files.

Q: How do I upgrade my account?
A:
- Go to https://www.freeze.com/SignUp/MemberUpgrade.aspx
- Enter in your username and password for your free Freeze.com membership, and click the "Login" button
- Choose your payment option and click the "Next" button; you will automatically be redirected to the secure signup page.
- Enter your information and continue; next time you visit Freeze.com you will have full access to all the content.
Q: How do I renew my account?
A: Renewing and upgrading your account are the same procedure.
