Q: How do I save or set my computer's wallpaper?
A: Freeze offers the following methods for saving wallpaper to your computer. While browsing
the archive you will find each image has a 'View / Add' image option associated with it along with the
option to choose multiple sizes. Every computer monitor is set at a certain screen resolution.
You will need the wallpaper size that matches your screen's resolution (click here if you don't know your resolution).
Freeze also bolds the suggested wallpaper size that fits your computer.
If you need more information about the sizes, just click on a thumbnail image to enlarge to the pixel size displayed for each small, medium, large, or stock photo format.
Once you have chosen your size, you can click on the 'View' link to open the image in a new window. At this point saving is simple, use your mouse and right click on the
image. Next, choose 'Save-As' and save the image to the appropriate location on
your computer. To set your wallpaper using your mouse right click and choose
"Set As Wallpaper".

Q: Are your products compatible with Windows Vista?
A:
Although the majority of our products are Vista compatible, some changes from Windows XP to
Windows Vista have caused our Animated Wallpapers to not function in Windows Vista. If you choose
to upgrade to Windows Vista, you will not be able to user our Animated Wallpapers. We apologize
for the inconvenience.
Q: Are your animated wallpapers compatible with Vista?
A:
In the transition from Windows XP to Vista, Microsoft removed the Active Desktop feature. Active
Desktop allowed HTML content (such as animated wallpapers) to be displayed on the desktop.
Because Active Desktop is not available in Vista, our animated wallpaper is not compatible
with Windows Vista.
