"BEST PRACTICES" POLICY
I. E-mail Policy.
W3i, LLC, and its subsidiary companies are dedicated to following responsible and ethical e-mail practices. W3i takes an aggressive stance against unsolicited commercial e-mail. W3i complies with the requirements of the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 ("Can-Spam Act") and applicable state laws. To ensure compliance W3i has in place the following measures:
- Periodic reviews of our and our affiliate's e-mail practices and policies.
- Annual training of our employees responsible for e-mail marketing activities.
- Multiple opt-out features and instructions at the bottom of each e-mail and on our websites.
- Maintenance of an e-mail suppression list of all users who have requested removal from our mailing list.

II. Removal/Unsubscribe Options.
We know that you may decide you no longer want to receive e-mail offers and promotions from us. You can remove yourself from any or all of our lists and offers at any time by accessing our customer support page at http://www.freeze.com/help/customersupport.aspx or by sending an e-mail request to support@support.w3i.com.
Every e-mail that we send to users contains a working unsubscribe link prominently displayed at the bottom of each e-mail. By clicking on the link, you will be automatically removed from future offers and promotions. Also, if an advertiser provides us a link to their internal e-mail suppression list, we will provide this link to you with our offer delivery so that you may choose to remove yourself from a specific Advertiser offer, while continuing to receive e-mail offers from us.
III. Your Privacy.
We may disclose a user's e-mail address as part of a suppression file or do-not-e-mail list to its partners and affiliates to make sure that a user’s unsubscribe request is forwarded to the appropriate parties to ensure removal of the user from partner and affiliate databases in compliance with law.
